The commanding officer who sounded the alarm over confirmed cases of COVID-19 on a US Naval vessel, has been relieved of duty. Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly announced late last week that the commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, now docked in Guam, was relieved “at my direction.” Navy Capt.
